We are able to offer delivery for orders to any UK address.
For orders under £50, the standard postage and packing charge is £4.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50, this is applied automatically at the checkout.
When an order is dispatched you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s on its way. Your order will then be sent second class via Royal Mail, please allow 2-3 working days for it to get to you. Please note that all delivery times are subject to any delays which may occur as a result of interruption to the postal service, for which we can not be responsible.

Seasonal Boxes are dispatched at specific times within a season. Please see product listing for dates.
Bespoke Box of Maldod
Bespoke orders take a little longer to curate and put together for you, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. If you a require something more urgently, please just get in touch before ordering as we can often accommodate.
Workshop Packs
All complimentary (and premium) packs for workshops are dispatched within one week of the workshop date. You’ll be notified when your pack is on its way and will receive all the joining information needed via email, within one week of the workshop date.

Please note that standard 2nd class delivery with the Royal Mail does not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to request a tracked or signed for delivery option, please get in touch before placing your order and this can be arranged. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to. Items will be sent to the delivery address specified on your order. When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible if the details are incorrect. Occasionally parcels may be lost along the way, if this occurs, please drop us a line with full details so we can look into it for you.
