As a family, we have been absolutely LOVING this healthy snack discovery. I've made these 'energy
bites' before (and they were scoffed down then) but we've got into the habit of having these to hand recently, and it's certainly helping us to stop reaching for the biscuits and chocolate - particularly now the kids are home all the time and requesting snacks every 3 minutes!
